A sales contract is formed when an order confirmation mail from our company is sent to customers.

Air Bonsai is a MTO (Make to Order) product and Hoshinchu Air Bonsai Garden will not accept cancellation, refunds, and returns after purchase.

・The goods may not be delivered to some countries or regions due to public order or other reasons.
・The packaging of products is standard shipping packaging that is suitable for international shipping.
・Although Our Company takes responsibility for the damages of the goods caused by bad packaging, but by no means take responsibility for accidents caused by customers’s bad handling of the goods.
・Unless otherwise agreed upon, the risk of loss or damage of the goods is transferred to customers’s side from the time the goods are received by sea transporters or air transporters in Japan. However, Our Company withholds the ownership of the goods until payments related to the goods are completed.
・Our Company does not take responsibility regarding the lading of goods due to war, insurrection,riot, labor dispute, epidemic, fire, typhoon, flood, earthquake ,embargo, government control or any other reasons beyond the control of Our Company, or regarding non-performance or delay upon performance of contractual obligations.

・All disputes, controversies or disagreements arising between the parties out of or in connection with the present contract that the parties cannot resolve by themselves shall be finally settled under the Arbitration Rules of Commercial Affairs of the Japan Corporate Juridical Person of Commercial Affair Arbitration Association by mediation conducted in Tokyo, Japan.

The Japanese law is applied regarding the establishment, validity, implementation or interpretation of this regulation.

・This regulation shall be valid from July 7th 2016.
